Used sparingly, sea salt will enhance and round out flavors in your beer, typically accentuating malty flavors over bitter ones. More commonly, a larger amount is used to give a Gose it’s traditional, unique taste. With a variety of uses, Brewer’s Sea Salt is an essential weapon in the homebrewer’s arsenal and it has a myriad of uses outside of the brewing world as well!
Typical Usage: 1/4 oz. per 5 gallons during the last 10 min. of boil.
