Flat rate shipping on all standard orders is $6.99. A standard order is any order placed in the continental United States and comprised of items not deemed “Large Items”. Large Items are shipped for a flat rate of $19.99 per large item.
Orders shipped to Hawaii and Alaska will be subject to actual shipping rates. We will calculate the shipping rates when the order is received and will contact you directly with the final cost of the order.
International orders will be subject to actual shipping rates. We will calculate the shipping rates when the order is received and will contact you directly with the final cost of the order.
Customers should contact Fallon Brew Supply to obtain authorization prior to sending any product back. We request customers, who contact us to acquire return or exchange for faulty products, to fully communicate with us regarding the item in question so that we can properly identify the problem and hence provide suitable customer services.
In the case where a customer receives faulty products, the customer should get in touch with us to acquire replacement. We are responsible for sending replacement items to the customer and the shipping costs both ways (except for international orders**). The customer is responsible for sending the defective item back to us but is not responsible for the shipping cost. The customer should contact us no later than 30 days of the shipment. Fail to contact us within this time frame will result in an inability to receive replacement or refund.
Customer can return an item for full refund (less shipping and handling costs) within 30 days of the shipment. The item must be in unused and salable condition. For items that have been opened and used, we will charge a 10% restocking fee to cover the cost of inspections and loss of the original packing material. Additional fees will apply if there are any components or accessories missing, or if the item is not in salable condition. Customer is responsible for the shipping cost for sending items in. We do not accept returns after 30 days of the shipment. Customer is not responsible for shipping costs if the return is a result of our error.
Perishable ingredients: Fallon Brew Supply warrants perishable brewing ingredients for up 7 days after delivery. Perishable brewing ingredients include Malt, Malt Extract, Hops, Yeast, and Wine Kits. It is important that you inspect brewing ingredients when they arrive for freshness. If you find that any of your ingredients are expired, or do not meet your expectations please contact us.
Equipment: All equipment sold by Fallon Brew Supply will carry their respective manufacturers’ warranty.
This warranty does not apply to any product or part used commercially.
Under no circumstances are incidental or coincidental damages included in any warranty. This includes but is not limited to loss of product, shipping charges for the return and/or other items that may be damaged due to the failure. Our warranty covers the purchased part only and nothing else.
